Responsibilities
The Nordic Sales Manager will work with scaling sales in Norway and opening up the markets in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland.
You thrive in a fast paced environment and in talking to customers every day, and are focused on achieving targets and getting things done.
Responsibilities include:
- Take over and continue to develop existing Norwegian customer relationships
- Tender
- Create new customer relations in both Norway and the other Nordic countries, by reaching out to government, counties, municipalities and private road owners to create awareness
- Drive increased market share and adoption of the Crusher method and process, including communications towards decision makers on relevant levels in the public sector
- Monitor and respond to tenders
Profile
- Excellent personal and professional skill set and track record
- Ambition, drive passion and alignment with the Carbon Crusher mission
- Min 5-10 years in B2B sales related roles
- Experience in road construction or the road/infrastructure industry highly valued
- Network in road or public sector highly valued
- Experience working with public sector customers and understanding decision making processes highly valued
- Drive, ownership, and organizational skills to organize own workday and create and close sales
- Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language, conversational ability in all Scandinavian languages
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Nordics

Location
The Carbon Crusher team you will be working with will primarily be located in Oslo or New York. Co-location in Oslo, where the CEO is based, is viewed positively, or alternatively New York.
