Responsibilities
Carbon Crusher has ambitious plans to scale quickly internationally, and the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the operations can deliver on the growth plans. The person will work closely with VP Operation & Logistcs and the various Production Teams to plan, organize, execute and follow-up our road refurbishment projects around the world. This includes leading production teams on site and scheduling of Crushers & staff, required paperwork, lignin supply, transport & storage, and other logistics.
Profile
- Excellent personal and professional skill set and track record
- Ambition, drive passion and alignment with the Carbon Crusher mission
- Min 5 years in operations related roles, preferably from road/infrastructure projects
- Project Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively thoughout the Nordics, Europe and the US

Location
The Carbon Crusher team you will be working with will primarily be located in Oslo and Hjartdal (2.5h outside of Oslo), and over time in New York. Co-location in the Oslo/Hjartdal region initially is required, but is flexible over time. Regardless of location, we of course welcome and encourage flexible working solutions to ensure our team live sustainable and happy lives.
