Strictly necessary cookies
User identification
This is the cookie that allows the system to identify you from one page loading to the next in your use of the system. This ensures that you can log into the system, and stay logged in until you log out.
On app.vilect.com this cookie goes under the name v.
Tracking consent cookie
When an employer has enabled analytics or marketing tools on their career pages, we store your consent choice in a cookie. This cookie only contains information about whether you have accepted or declined tracking for the employer in question — no personal data is stored in the cookie itself.
On app.vilect.com this cookie goes under the name vtm_consent_{account_id}, where {account_id} identifies the employer. The cookie expires after 1 year.
Optional cookies (require consent)
Employer analytics and marketing tools
Some employers using Vilect choose to enable their own analytics and marketing tools (for example, Google Analytics or Google Ads) on their job listings and career pages. These tools are loaded via Google Tag Manager and are only activated after you have given your explicit consent through the banner displayed on the relevant page.
Consent applies only to the specific employer, and the banner states the name of the employer you are consenting to. Accepting tracking for one employer does not grant consent for any other employer.
If you accept, the following types of cookies may be set by third parties configured by the employer:
- Analytics cookies (e.g.
_ga,_gid) — used to understand how visitors use the career pages. - Marketing cookies (e.g.
_gcl_*) — used to measure the effectiveness of job advertisements.
The specific cookies that are set depend on what the employer has configured in their setup. The employer is the data controller for the personal data collected through these tools. For more information about this processing, please refer to the employer's own privacy policy.
Ziggeo
Vilect uses a service delivered by Ziggeo Inc. (Ziggeo) in order to record and play videos in connection with the application process. On the pages where videos are recorded, Ziggeo inserts some cookies. Ziggeo has its own cookie policy.
On app.vilect.com these cookies go under the names __hstc, __zlcprivacy, DSID, id, _ga and hubspotutk.
