This statement concerns Vilect AS’s use of cookies on our websites and our recruitment solution.

User identification

This is the cookie that allows the system to identify you from one page loading to the next in your use of the system. This ensures that you can log into the system, and stay logged in until you log out.

Google Analytics

Vilect uses Google Analytics to analyse the use of the website and improve it. We receive information regarding which pages are most visited, where the users come from, what time the pages are most viewed etc. We do not use cookies for marketing purposes.

Google Analytics is an analysis service delivered by Google, Inc. (Google). The information collated through Google Analytics is stored on servers in the US. Google is regarded as our data processor and is part of Privacy Shield.

On these cookies go under the names _ga, _gat and _gid.


Vilect uses a service delivered by Ziggeo Inc. (Ziggeo) in order to record and play videos in connection with the application process. On the pages where videos are recorded Ziggeo inserts some information capsules. Ziggeo has its own cookie policy.

On these information capsules go under the names __hstc, __zlcprivacy, DSID, id, _ga and hubspotutk.
