Done.ai is a software and services platform that unifies business tools like CRM, accounting, and banking to automate and simplify company operations.  We’re building products used across multiple markets and teams, combining modern engineering practices with a strong focus on usability and reliability.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join one of our cross-functional product teams and help build scalable, reliable software used in real-world business operations.

You’ll work across the entire stack using modern technologies including C# / .NET, React, SQL Server, cloud services, and CI/CD workflows. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, takes ownership, and thrives in collaborative environments where engineering quality matters. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product owners across our teams in Skövde, Stockholm, Oslo, and remote locations.

What You'll Work With

  • C# / .NET 8+
  • Svelte (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks)
  • RESTful APIs and backend integrations
  • SQL Server and relational databases
  • CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
  • GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
  • Docker, containerized environments, and cloud-based workflows
  • AI-assisted development tooling and modern engineering practices

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems
  • Develop scalable APIs and integrations between services and user interfaces
  • Collaborate with UX and product teams to create intuitive, reliable experiences
  • Improve performance, maintainability, and code quality across the platform
  • Contribute to automated testing, deployment workflows, and engineering standards
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve productivity, debugging, and development workflows
  • Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with C# and modern .NET development
  • Experience with Svelte, React, Vue, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks
  • Solid understanding of API design and relational databases
  • Experience working with cloud services and modern software delivery practices
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and collaborative development environments
  • Comfortable working across multiple parts of the stack
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice If You Have

  • Experience with TypeScript or React
  • Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
  • Experience working in Kanban or agile product teams
  • Understanding of authentication and security standards (OAuth2, JWT, encryption)
  • Experience incorporating AI-assisted tools into day-to-day development workflows

Who You Are

You’re curious, collaborative, and pragmatic. You enjoy building things that are reliable, maintainable, and genuinely useful. You take ownership, communicate openly, and enjoy working in environments where people continuously improve both products and processes.
