About the job
We are looking for an HR Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of human resources operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR management, with expertise in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success by implementing HR initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive work environment. The position reports to the CHRO and place of work is at Kongsberg & Notodden.
About You
We are looking for a candidate that has work experience in Human Resources and is eager to further develop this area in a rapid growing organization. You are passionate about people, Human Resources Management and able to see Human Resources in a business perspective.
Key tasks
- Leadership development and training
- Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations
- Recruitment campaigns and recruitments process
- Maintain and develop employment contracts and wage policies
- Perform, analyse, and follow up employee surveys and other statistics
- HR professional advice and assistance to managers with personnel responsibility
- Contribute to further developing, implementing, and ensuring good HR processes and routines
Key requirements
- Relevant education from university or college, minimum equivalent bachelor level
- Experience from a similar role may compensate for educational demands.
- Relevant experience from the position's key tasks
- Updated knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment legislations.
- The ability to research, analyse, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe.
- Good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English
- Generally good IT understanding and experience with HRM systems
- Good collaboration skills
